General Public Parking

Taxis enter Gate 11 and may not go past unloading area at admission gate turn around lot.

Livestock Exhibitor Parking

  • 1-Day General Parking: FREE
  • 1-Day Reserved Parking: $5
  • 6-Day Advance Livestock Vehicle: $30 (must be purchased with entries)
  • 11-Day Advance Livestock Vehicle: $55 (must be purchased with entries)

The Fair reserves the right to limit quantities purchased.

Concessionaire Parking

  • 1-Day General Parking: FREE
  • 1-Day Reserved Parking: $5
  • Delivery Vehicle & Driver: $150
  • Storage Vehicle Sticker: $120 (for all storage type vehicles in Purveyor Lot without electricity)
  • Storage Vehicle Sticker: $300 (for all storage type cehicles in Purveyor Lot with electricity)

Delivery vehicles will not be permitted to operate after 10 a.m. in restricted areas.
The Fair reserves the right to limit quantities purchased.

  • All hangtags must be validated daily. No overnight parking in hangtag areas is permitted.

Train Information

• The Missouri River Runner is a state-supported, twice daily train running between Kansas City and St. Louis with stops in Independence, Lee’s Summit, Warrensburg, Sedalia, Jefferson City, Hermann, Washington, and Kirkwood.
• Eastbound trains arrive in Sedalia at 10:27 AM and 5:49 PM, and Westbound trains arrive at 11:50 AM and 6:42 PM.
• Directions from the Sedalia Amtrak station.
• 15% student discount.
• 10% Senior discount.
• 10% Veterans discount.
• 50% child discount.
